    Twice-recurrent midline ventral hernia in a 52-year-old, managed with extended totally extra-peritoneal (eTEP) repair and retro-muscular mesh.

    Pancreatic head adenocarcinoma, borderline resectable

    Pancreatic tumour declared inoperable elsewhere

    61-year-old declared inoperable at two centres. Re-evaluation identified a resectable mass after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Whipple completed at Apollo Nellore.
